When CapCity GK Mike Hirvela signed a contract extension at the start of the season he knew the club had invested in him to ply his trade and deliver results. After all, his job is to make those two or three massive saves to keep his club on the winning path and today he did just that.

“The play out of the back today was working. The back line held strong and allowed for me to play some long balls to the forwards….also saw a few shots which made the game challenging” noted Hirvela post match. His late world class finger tip save secured another clean sheet en route to a 5-0 final.

Todd Jones put the biscuit in the basket not once but three times while Aime and Philip also tickled the onion bag.
